Matthew Alagha

Meet Matthew Alagha.

Matthew Alagha is an Associate Attorney at the Willis Law Group.  Matthew’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a variety of areas including personal injury, transportation, general liability, premises liability, and insurance defense. Matthew also works in commercial and tort litigation, with an emphasis on commercial collection, consumer debt defense, and construction law.
Prior to joining The Willis Law Group Matthew practiced in the area of trial law. As an Assistant City Attorney with the Dallas City Attorney’s Office, Matthew assisted in the prosecution of environmental/storm water violations within the territorial limits of the City of Dallas, coordinated with the City of Dallas Environmental and Stormwater Departments and Department of Sustainable Development to ensure understanding of state law, city ordinances and city codes, as well as a general understanding of the prosecution process.  Matthew received guilty verdicts in jury trials involving violations of the Texas Transportation Code, Texas Penal Code, and the Dallas City Code.
